Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Qualifications: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer I
Qualifications: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2-year service as Customer Service Officer.

Qualifications: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Manager, Operation/Business Manager

Position 4: Manager- Brand Management and Promotion
Qualifications: A minimum of BA/BSC preferably MA/MBA/MSC degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Marketing Management, Economics, Leadership, Business Administration, or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience with at least 4 years’ service at Supervisory or Managerial level out of which at least 2 years in Marketing, Business Development, Brand Management or related areas
