Education: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.

Experience Requirement: 1 (One) relevant experience in a Bank

Place of work: Jimma, Shashemene, Diredawa, Assela,Wolaita Sodo, Butajira and Bishoftu.

Position 2: Customer Services Officer II

Education Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.

Experience Requirement: 2 (Two) years of relevant experience in a Bank.

Place of work: Jimma, Shashemene, Diredawa, Assela,Wolaita Sodo, Butajira and Bishoftu.

Position 3: Senior Customer Services Officer

Educations: Bachelor Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.

Experience Requirement: 5 (Five) years of relevant experience in a Bank  

Place of work: Jimma, Shashemene, Diredawa, Assela,Wolaita Sodo, Butajira and Bishoftu.

Position 4: Branch Manager I 

Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in  Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields of studies. 

Required Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One (1) as Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.
