Position 1 : Country Procurement Manager
Skills, Experience & Education
• First Degree in Procurement & Supplies Management/ Management,/ Account or affiliated field of studies with a minimum of 12 times applicable experience in both Foreign and Original Procurement out of which 4 times on directorial part
• Must have valid minimal bus driving license
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Business and Procurement alignment (Strategic Procurement Management)
• Develop and direct Procurement vision, strategic targets and “ Ways of Working ” in confluence with CCBA Group Procurement and business short, medium and long- term pretensions and plans.
• Support the business to deliver their business plans and targets.
• Work with CCBA Group Procurement brigades to develop order strategies for all CCBA orders in alignment with the Internal Stakeholder conditions.
Manage the country local Procurement Organization
• Manage and develop the in- country Procurement Organization and drive nonstop enhancement of functional procurement.
• Lead platoon members in agreement with the CCBA Group Procurement operation principles to support the organizations overall leadership focus on performance and gift operation, values, operation and tone- operation practices.
• Manage direct reports including target setting, performance review, and career and training development
Support Key sourcing enterprise and operation of named crucial suppliers for original and foreign Sourced categories
• Support strategic sourcing conditioning for orders within country.
• Develop and lead cooperation with crucial strategic suppliers to explore fresh value creation for CCBA and the separate country.
• Maintain an streamlined Contract depository in alignment with CCBA Procurement Policy.
