Educational Background BA/ BSc Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, and other Business- related fields
Experience Minimum of four years applicable Banking experience from which one time on Administrative position.
Main Roles and Responsibility
• are issued to guests for all deals.
• Approves and conforms deals per blessing limit.
• Checks and signs general tally position after vindicating its delicacy against evidence wastes.
• Reconciles and follows- up accounts, and follow up long outstanding particulars of suspension nature

• Ensures proper journalizing, balancing and posting of diurnal deals

• Close the income and expenditure accounts of the branch
• Check blocking order, account ending, lost instruments report and enrollment of tardy guests
• Cleave to branch security conditions in control of negotiable instruments
• Balances diurnal cash sale
• Ensures the vacuity & conservation of working outfit and adequacy of stationery accoutrements
• Perform other assigned duties by the administrator

Position 2 Branch Manager I
Educational Background BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, and other Business- related fields.
Experience Minimum of Six years applicable Banking experience from which one time on Administrative position.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new sources of business, to acquire and retain new implicit guests and develop strong connections, to optimize the application of all products and services of the bank.
• Retain being guests by developing and maintaining fruitful relationship with the current guests.
• Resolve customer issues i.e. investigates and resolves client complaints regarding service.
• insure guests ’ requirements are met.
• Guide branch client service enterprise as per the established service norms of the bank.
• Engage branch staffs to support customer relation and promotes the service culture.
• Support branch staffs on developing, managing and growing customer connections.
• Develop and enhance good connections with community and other fiscal institutions.
• Prepare schedule for regular face- to- face meetings with the commercial customer of the branch for business discussion at the preference place of the guests,
• insure that all guests of the branch are well informed on bank’s product and services
• relate openings to other business member directors where applicable
• Develop and cover bank deals strategies to get area’s competitive advantage
• Provides innovative and productive inputs to enhance the effectiveness of the branch and widen the compass of the business to increase earnings as well.

• Amend disagreement and commentary reported by internal adjudicators and regulator.
• Examiner, corroborate, amend and modernize all account records.
• insure compliance and monitoring is in place in agreement with rules, regulations and norms.
• Prepare fiscal statements and functional reports for the quarter and head office.
• Checks and balances diurnal cash on hand against journal and cash book and ensures that attachment accounts balance with their separate general tally positions.
• Keeps guardianship of profit prints, loan security documents, and loan contracts.
• Keeps binary control of petty cash and vault key as demanded
• Documents and interprets complicated fiscal information for bank guests
• Oversees fiscal reports for levies, non supervisory agencies, and other fiscal groups relating to branch finance
